Celestial Roots

Hi, I am Tom Rothsey. Celestial Roots began as a personal journey for me and my family. Not long after the birth of our son in 2008 my wife Christina developed primary progressive multiple sclerosis. Christina decided not to pursue the conventional treatment for MS, but to adopt a dietary and lifestyle approach. Having a background in science (ecology/ biodiversity- BSc University of New England) and energy work (International Institute of Reflexology UK), and years learning and researching both European and Indigenous herb and food medicines, I began exploring ways I could assist her. An increasing amount of research indicated the importance of probiotics and their role in promoting a crucial foundation for health. As I began investigating and experimenting I discovered not only an incredible resource for promoting my family’s health, but also a passion for the creation of delicious functional food.

After years of research and trialling I have produced two ebooks available in the website shop, one on healing and repopulating the gut, the other on food fermentation (with lots of tried, tested and true recipes). I also offer potent tonics, herbal tea potions, gut and health supplements such as MSM and zeolites, and herbal tinctures of various kinds.
