As a coach I will work one on one with you to introduce lasting changes to your diet. Together we will develop a new dietary plan that will fit comfortably into your lifestyle.
Whether you are looking to gradually introduce more healthy food into you and your family’s diet, or are ready to make a sweeping dietary health transition, I will be there to support you in navigating the new territory with confidence and success.
You choose your goals (addressing a specific condition, weight loss, increased energy and vitality, general dietary upgrade etc), and we will work together to define clear and achievable steps to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
The food we eat should be tasty, satisfying, nourishing, and promote a state of vibrant health. Unfortunately, too often we develop un-supportive habits around food that lead us to make choices based on convenience, price and surface flavour. These poor dietary choices satisfy us in the short term, but ultimately contribute to a decline in our overall sense of well-being. When we feel tired, emotionally low, in pain, or just generally unwell it becomes even more tempting to reach out for comfort food that once finished leaves us feeling remorseful. With supermarkets overflowing with cheap, fast, processed foods it is no wonder so many of us find ourselves caught in this vicious cycle.
Deep down we all know that there is a better way, but too often making significant dietary changes just seems too hard, too complicated, too expensive, or too restrictive. Instead of frustration and overwhelm, working with a personal coach can make the process of adopting a healthful lifestyle a deliberate, sustainable, and joyful journey.
One of the most important lessons I learned is that there is not a ‘one size fits all’ approach to diet. I believe you are the expert on you. Therefore I will never impose my beliefs or approaches on you. Instead I will support and guide you to adopt balanced dietary changes that are in alignment with the needs of YOUR body.

Weekly coaching sessions are perfect in the initial stages to ensure that you remain focused, motivated and on track. As your confidence, knowledge and abilities increase you can decrease the frequency of the sessions.
Sessions available:
Session duration: Each session will run for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on need.
Sessions in your home will incur a minimum $10 travel fee
Cost:
Individual Sessions cost $75 (AUD)
Three Session package: $190 (AUD)
Six session package: $360 (AUD)
Frequency: Scheduling is flexible and can be tailored to suit your needs. (Initially I recommend weekly or fortnightly coaching sessions)
